Dharma Brothers and Sisters. Just a gentle reminder of tonight’s practice. Don’t forego this wonderful opportunity to practice Chod with the 2 Lamas.

TDSPJ is pleased to announce Ven Lama Lodro and Ven Lama Tshewang Rabten shall be conducting Chod Puja at the Centre on 13th April, Friday at 8pm.

Chod, the Offering of One’s body, means to cut or sever the attachment to the physical body, the ignorance of self grasping, to realise emptiness through wisdom. The Karmapas have strong connections with Chod practice and are holders of the direct Chod lineage of the deity Prajnaparamita. The practice was started in Tibet by a female master, Machig Labron.

TDSPJ is pleased to announce we shall be celebrating Lama Lodro’s birthday on 1/5/18 Tuesday at the Centre. We shall do Sanggye Menla (Medicine Buddha) prayers and dedicate to our beloved resident lama, Lama Lodro. The prayers will start at 5pm. This will be followed by Pot luck dinner for all devotees and members of TDSPJ at the Centre at 7pm.

Please be informed all foods must be vegetarian. Kindly contact Sister Jennifer Chuah, the OC appointed for the event (assisted by Doris) to coordinate the foods and programme.
