Welcome dinner with VV Thrangu Rinpoche
TDSPJ is pleased to announce we are organising a dinner to welcome our Guru, Very Venerable Thrangu Rinpoche on 26/1/2018 Friday at Bukit Jalil Golf & Country Club. The committee will be honoured and grateful to have your presence to share this auspicious and joyous event with Rinpoche. We are organising 50 tables and are open for sponsorship at Rm5,000.00, Rm3,000.00 and Rm1,000.00 per table.
Due to time constraints and short notice, we seek your assistance and cooperation to help the organising committee by trying to arrange to take up a table amongst yourselves. However, we do take individual booking. Kindly contact Bro Nelson (019- 339 2168) for reservations and further details.
Postponement of Dharma Through Stories Programme
We regret to inform that we will have to postpone our children programme “Dharma Through Stories” on 21st January 2018 due to Very Venerable Thrangu Rinpoche’s visit to Malaysia. The new date for the programme will be announced later. We apologise for all inconveniences caused.
Visit by Thrangu Rinpoche

TDSPJ is pleased to announce VV Thrangu Rinpoche will be visiting Malaysia, in particular TDSPJ. Rinpoche shall be arriving on 20/1/2018. TDSPJ is organising a pilgrimage trip to Jambi, Indonesia for Rinpoche and disciples on 21/1/2018 to 24/1/2018. Upon Rinpoche’s return, TDSPJ shall be organising a dinner for all disciples at Bukit Jalil Golf Club on 26/1/2018. Kindly wait for further information in regards to the dinner arrangements. In the meantime, those interested in joining the pilgrimage to Jambi are required to register with the conveners (Bro Chiam, Bro Dato Richard Lau or Bro John Leong) as we are in the midst of applying for permits to visit the holy sites for the entourage.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE DUE TO TIME CONSTRAINTS YOU ARE REQUIRED TO MAKE YOUR OWN TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS TO JAMBI. THE COMMITTEE INTENDS TO LEAVE FOR JAMBI ON 20/1/2018 TO RECEIVE RINPOCHE ON 21/1/2018.
TDSPJ is making reservations for hotel rooms at Jambi for the group via local agents. We shall make further announcement later upon confirmation of arrangements and contacts for the local agents.

Announcement: Lamas’ Graduation 11/1/2018
Dear All,
Rejoice in the merits of completion by Lamas in retreat for 3 years 3 months at Baktarpur.
A big and heartfelt thank you to all generous and kind sponsors for your unlimited meritorious deed to contribute to the Lama retreat funds for training of lamas at Baktarpur for year 2017 which Very Venerable Thrangu Rinpoche had requested TDSPJ to help. We are happy to post here photographs of the “Graduation Day” or “Coming out of Retreat Day” of the newly qualified Lamas for 2017. Rejoice Rejoice Rejoice.
Hopefully TDSPJ can achieve the target to find more sponsors for the balance sum to cover their expenses which Baktarpur needs to pay.
