Lama Lodro’s Birthday Celebration – 1/5/2018
TDSPJ is pleased to announce we shall be celebrating Lama Lodro’s birthday on 1/5/18 Tuesday at the Centre. We shall do Sanggye Menla (Medicine Buddha) prayers and dedicate to our beloved resident lama, Lama Lodro. The prayers will start at 5pm. This will be followed by Pot luck dinner for all devotees and members of TDSPJ at the Centre at 7pm.
Please be informed all foods must be vegetarian. Kindly contact Sister Jennifer Chuah, the OC appointed for the event (assisted by Doris) to coordinate the foods and programme.

Lama Tshewang Rabten’s visit from 8th-20th April 2018
Dear Dharma Brothers and Sisters.
TDSPJ is pleased to announce Lama Tshewang Rabten shall be visiting our centre from 8th-20th April. He will be conducting Guru Rinpoche Fire Puja at the Centre on 14th April (Sat) at 2pm-4pm. The benefits of Guru Rinpoche Fire Puja is to invoke and seek protection from Guru Rinpoche, removal of obstacles, removal of negative energy and to grant blessings of good luck. We look forward to your presence. Anyone wishes to sponsor or contribute to the puja and as Dana for Lama in any amount are welcome.
Update: Medicine Buddha Retreat on 28th (Sat) and 29th (Sun) April, 2018
Dharma Brothers and Sisters.
Please be informed Thrangu Dharma Retreat Centre, Tambun, Ipoh (TDRC), Thrangu Dharma Society Petaling Jaya (TDSPJ) and Persatuan Karma Kagyu Dharma N.S (KKDS Seremban) will be conducting a joint Medicine Buddha Retreat on 28th (Sat) and 29th (Sun) April, 2018. The venue shall be at TDRC, the host for the event. Please be advised the retreat is for 70 participants. Each Centre will be allocated 20 participants and the balance 10 for members of the Sangha. The retreat masters are Lama Lodro and Lama Sanggye. The cost shall be Rm100 only per pax to cover meals, accommodation and other miscellaneous for the retreat. Those interested in joining the retreat kindly register with the respective Centres.
Update notice: Our post above for retreat registration at Ipoh on 28th and 29th April, cannot even survive 12 hours. Our quota for TDSPJ is taken up. Names from no. 21 onwards will be on standby. This is very encouraging for the committee to work harder. Our Guru will most definitely be happy to know this wonderful response from TDSPJ. Keep it up folks.
