TDSPJ to spearhead the sponsorship of monks

TDSPJ is pleased to announce the wonderful news and to share the meritorious deeds of being chosen by our Guru the V. V Thrangu Rinpoche as the Centre to spearhead the sponsorship of monks chosen by Rinpoche to go into 4 years retreat at Baktarpur to be trained as Lamas.

Rinpoche once said “The deed of sponsoring someone to do a retreat is as good as doing the retreat yourself.”

The total costs for each monk is USD3200 for the entire 4 years programme.

You may if you wish to sponsor a monk or 2 or may share with relatives and friends to sponsor.

You may choose to sponsor the entire 4 years programme or to sponsor yearly at a cost of USD800 per year.

You may also opt to sponsor any amount of money for any number of years for any of the retreat monks.

All sponsors whether singularly or collectively will be assigned to a particular named monk who will in turn pray daily and dedicate the merits for the wellbeing of their respective sponsors. In this regard, all sponsors in any manner or amount are requested to submit a passport size photo together with your sponsorship for us to do the matching.
